It was nice talking to you earlier and I have taken notes of the requirements. I am currently
creating a mockup of the new design of the homepage plus the inner pages and I will send you
the link for you check. Design will be based on colors Chrome, Black, White and Navy Blue and
will be mobile responsive.

The new homepage will display posts with Featured Image, Title, Description and a button/link
to the full post/article page. I will be rearranging elements in the homepage to have better
design and placement.

Structure, settings and meta tags will not be changed, it will stay exactly as it is on the live site.

PROJECT COST:​ $1,500

TIMELINE:​ 3 Weeks

● 1st week will be for redesign of homepage and inner pages. This will require me to
create a copy of the current live site and set it up on a sub-domain and do the redesign
of the homepage. I will also redesign inner pages so it will match the overall design of
the site.
● 2nd week will be for speed optimization of the site and that includes optimize css, js, and
images.
● 3rd week will be for review, changes request and taking it live.

PAYMENT TERMS:

1. 40% Upfront Payment

2. 50% After Project Completion
3. 10% Two Weeks after Project Completion
