THE MINIMALIST
MILITARY COAT
The military coat is stripped back and functional for S/S 17,
featuring a straight, mid-thigh length silhouette with easy
dropped shoulders. Lightweight cotton canvas and
rectangular patch pockets take inspiration from vintage
pieces, while metallic feature zips add a modern edge.

THE COLLARLESS
COAT
The collarless coat feels soft and luxurious this season,
taking inspiration from the ease and comfort of loungewear.
Cosy tactility is driven by the soft brushed cotton fabric and
the easy throw-on appeal of the coat, which can be tied at the
waist for silhouette definition.

THE DIPPED-BACK
COAT
This coat merges influences from poncho and cape styles,
creating a hybrid trapeze shape with a dipped hem. This
easy, throw-on style has exaggerated, voluminous
proportions, made luxurious and fluid through soft tactile
wool-silk mixes.

THE EDGE-TO-
EDGE COAT
Playing with both casual and formal elements, this
tailored coat in wool suiting feels relaxed, featuring raglan
sleeves and a revere collar that take influence from a bed
gown. Keep the silhouette unlined and in below-the-knee
lengths to create fluid and lightweight movement.

THE PARACHUTE
PARKA
The parka feels voluminous and playful for S/S 17,
experimenting with oversized proportions and parachute-like
performance fabrics. Functional drawstrings, a zip-through
hood and the four-pocket detail keep the look sporty yet
functional.

THE CLEAN DENIM
JACKET
The denim boxy jacket takes on a clean and formal look for
the season, with neat panels executed in unfussy, one-wash
denim. Experiment with subtle contemporary details including
metallic poppers and deep turn-back cuffs.

THE DOUBLE-
BREASTED BLAZER
The tailored blazer has a short and boxy fit for S/S 17,
featuring a generous double-breasted opening that echoes
nostalgic 1980s influences. Masculine references come
through in the slightly oversized shape and the patterned
wool suiting.

THE TIE-CLOSURE
BLAZER
The blazer is given a simple yet contemporary rework this
season, with shoe-string ties fitted at the centre-front that act
as soft fastenings. This new detail moves on the obi belts
and sash ties from previous seasons, elevating this staple
tailored piece.

THE LIGHTWEIGHT
DUSTER JACKET
For S/S 17, the duster jacket takes inspiration from workwear
styles, but with a super-clean and minimalist edge. Simplicity
is the main message – the unlined quality of the jacket could
almost make it a shirt, fastened subtly with metallic poppers.
Execute in luxurious lightweight suiting.

BOMBER
The staple zip-through bomber acquires experimental
proportions, with voluminous cuffed sleeves and a cropped
hem that sits above the waist. Sporty elements remain in the
generous ribbing and dropped shoulders, but the item is
dressed up with evening taffeta for a contemporary look.
