KidZania: Spreading Fun Around the World

2. Who are KidZania’s stakeholders? What do they contribute to the experience, and
what do they receive in return?
A) Children

 Children being the prime users of the parks, they constitute the most
important stakeholders
 Their involvement and their enthusiasm make the parks probable, and also
they help in developing new content activities, etc.
 The park plays an important role in the growth process of children, in their
learning and also provide a new way of entertainment
Parents

 Parents’ buy tickets for their children and provide a financial contribution to
Kidzania
 Kidzania diverts children from using devices and motivates them to learn real-
life experiences and practical skills. This is a contributing factor for parents
 Also, Kidzania is a safer place for their children to have fun and learn along the
way relieving Parents
Schools and Government

 Schools are an important stakeholder providing 30% of the traffic for the parks
 The government can facilitate as an industry partner taking care of social
activities like firefighting etc.
 This also provides an opportunity for both schools and governments to make
the children learn skills from the practical world which is tough to be simulated
within four walls
Industry Partners

 Industry partners provide the necessary capital towards the development of

the parks and also in the development of different activities
 Kidzania gives them an exciting platform to test, prototype and market their
products to the new age customers
Malls

 Malls provide real estate and necessary infrastructure for the parks
 This would help Malls to gain more customers, enhancing the footfall,
incoming of the diverse range of customer and thereby increasing the
profitability of other stores in the malls
