INTRODUCTION
This chapter presents the data gathered, the results of the statistical
analysis done and interpretation of findings. These represented in tables the
demographic profile of the respondents in terms of gender and age, the
presentation and taste profile of the products, suggested price profile of the
different products, and an overall product presentation profile.
100 respondents, 80 percent (%) are female and 20 percent (%) are male.

Table 3 presents the food presentation and taste test for Greek Salad in
dough prepared for the 100 respondents. With an overall mean of 4.08 and
verbal interpretation of Agree, the findings suggest that the respondents are
satisfied with the taste and neat presentation of the Greek Salad. They also

agree in the willingness to buy that product in our Saladough Bakery.
Table 4 presents the price profile of the respondents in terms of the Greek
Salad. Out of 100 respondents, 78 percent (%) wants the product’s price to be
in a range of P70.00 - P80.00. Whilst there are 20 percent (%) voted P85.00 -
P100.00 price. Lastly, there are only 2 percent (%) who answered P105.00 and

Salad in dough prepared for the 100 respondents. With an overall mean of 4.16
and a verbal interpretation of Agree, the findings suggest that the respondents
are satisfied with the taste and neat presentation of the HamVeggie Salad.
They also agree in the willingness to buy that product in our Saladough Bakery.
