My Unforgettable Bad Experiences

One of the most unforgettable yet not so good experience while I am having y On-the-Job-
Training was the abuse of power of the other technicians who do commanding all the time no
matter how simple the task seem to be, they do not bother what you are doing as long as they get
the things they want. For example, they will ask you to reach something then give it to them, but
the reality is the object is right in front of them. Another thing was I also experienced to be asked
to do and wash their own dishes. They also exercise their abuse to power by asking the customers
to pay excessively, because some of these technicians think highly of themselves so they also think
that they really deserved to be paid more than expected. Then this also happened, that whatever I
do in our training, that technician thinks I am always wrong, and I am always bound to commit
mistakes, that even I was only doing what I was taught at school and by those really experienced
technicians. Those ill-mannered technicians often put us to shame in front of our customer. They
are shouting at us like we were imbecile in front of the other technicians. Because of these
happenings, we lost some of our customers and the trust of our other co-technicians. But I say, it is
just bad day, not a bad life.
 My Unforgettable Good Experiences

They say, there is always a rainbow after a storm. So if there are bad experiences, there will
also good ones. My good experiences during my training are really terrific. One of those are, we are
privileged to use high-end tools in fixing cars or unit, as we call it. We were shown and taught how
to use each tools, and the other ways we can utilized those. Because of it, my days during training
became unforgettable, since I was able to absorbing new knowledge. It became happier since I was
able to make new friends, my co-trainees and the employees in this company. They were all
considered helpful because they all shared knowledge, techniques and even hacks that I can only
learn in the field on how to fix cars effectively. It was indeed a great pleasure and experience to be
with those professional people during my stay in this company. Because of this I became more
inspired and persevered to learn more, so that one day, I will be like them, or even greater.
