are being exposed to toxins via these activities that have been being
conducted for many DECADES WITHOUT the people’s knowledge and
consent.

My purpose, and due diligence duty, is to disseminate information to spread

AWARENESS.

I’ve attached to and included in this email a small fraction of FACTUAL
DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE that the government, BOTH federal and state, have
been intentionally involved in “WEATHER MODIFICATION” / WEATHER
CONTROL efforts for AT LEAST 53 YEARS, and apparently up to 70 YEARS
AGO, since 1947.

1) Attached as a .pdf document is an excerpt from a Washington State

government Legislative Session from 1965 (53 YEARS AGO) that
references “WEATHER MODIFICATION” (which these days is also referred
to as “GEOENGINEERING”).

Just below is a snapshot from PAGE 23 of the .pdf, the May 1978 United
States government document (link just above), which indicates that:
“for over 30 years...” from 1978 (in 1978, ‘for over 30 years’ was
SINCE 1947 or longer...that’s now OVER 70 YEARS ago...for two or
three generations!) ‘government’ has been INTENTIONALLY MUCKING
WITH, MANIPULATING, and CONTROLLING WEATHER and NATURE
without the people’s knowledge and consent! And, as of
1978, “Since 1947 about 110 weather modification
bills...have been introduced in the Congress.”
These weather control manipulations are not limited to the states and
the United States (federal)...this has also been and continues to be
going on in various parts of the world.
Using common sense and pure reason:
— Do you think that the manipulation of the weather and geoengineering
over extended periods of 50 to 70 years just MIGHT have had / be having an
effect on the CLIMATE?
— Since when does ‘Man’ know better than Nature / God? To my knowledge
and experience, never. And now there is widespread concern (primarily
major media-driven) about an alleged ‘CLIMATE CRISIS,’ and related efforts to
further dominate and control humanity, purportedly ‘for the greater
good’...yah, of the ‘globalist controller ‘Elite’ 1%, not for the good of the
people.

So, do you wonder WHY Bill Gates, or any of the mainstream media, NEVER
mention or report on this topic, of intentional, long-term weather modification
and control by the government, et al.?
Any investigative journalist worth their salt, who hasn’t been bought off, or
threatened, could find this information. I found it, and MUCH MORE, and I
have NEVER had any formal schooling or training whatsoever in investigative
journalism.
