A RESOLUTION CREATING THE ENHANCED-COMPREHENSIVE LOCAL INTEGRATION

PROGRAM (E-CLIP) COMMITTEE OF THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, Pursuant to Deparment of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and Department of
National Defense (DND) Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2018-01 dated July 5, 2018, provides that the
E-CLIP Committee shall be created at the Provincial level through the issuance of an Executive Order
by the Provincial Governor;

WHEREAS, during the joint meeting of Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) and Provincial
Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) on December 7, 2018 at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session
Hall, Provincial Capitol, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, it was discussed that there is a need to create the E-
CLIP Committee of the Province of Ilocos Norte;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to create the E-CLIP Committee with the following composition:
