Offering blotter is essentially a UI Data Grid control, which is available when user click on
Krakenmuni Trader Desktop Application via Symphony. Start of Day (Sod) the traders will

be able to look at what they offered out as of Yesterday and all the marks & Offerings.
Configuration information will be available for them to view or modify.
Position will be synched up from FISTS trading system (The system of record for positions
and trades) and the latest position will be shown across all muni inventories (i.e. Book)
Trader will be able to configure the inside pricing, the same pricing configuration will be
cloned over for their offerings. Field chooser is the ability to select the specific columns on
the Krakenmuni Trade blotter.

Incentive Enhancements was a project supported by Syntel for Client CIGNA to manage all
incentive programs, activities, rules and outputs on one enterprise platform and set of
processes. The incentive program will have the ability to implement flexible and cost
effective incentive solutions for client in one environment utilizing a variety of customer
touch points. The today's incentive processing involved multiple systems and a external
Vendor. This proved to be a cost effective solution.
Syntel was involved in building in house system called "DReAM - Dependable Rewards
Account Management System". This system involved three core areas.

The Maintenance Analytics Tool will consolidate steps and allow more flexibility for the user
to utilize the DCM tools available. This will also reduce the time by both business and IT
investigating why data is not available for forecasting. This should create more structure to
the current manual research process. The following system changes need to be made in
order to allow IPR analysts to use the Maintenance Analytics Tool:
A new HTML screen that will allow users to view a SKU at the Store, DC, or other
levels.
Users will not have ability to update data via this Maintenance Analytics Tool.
Users will have the ability to export data and view in Excel.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The AES Application is used by internal bank operators and sales
staff to request and authorize a variety of Wholesale Products for Wells Fargo Customers.
AES reads and writes data using various middleware to several systems of record to
complete the customer setup
Used to create a new sales order (SOF) for new company or existing company by selecting
any product Implementing created new SOF number by assigning services to that product
and adding users to the company and assigning respective services to the users Completing
the build by new setup, Similarly changing the services to the users or deleting the services
for the user and making the build complete. Verifying the same in UAM

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Main goal of the project is to define and design a site migration frame work, to migrate the
existing consumer websites of ASP/JSP technology to ASP.NET & MOSS. As part of site
migration Sierra focussed on developing generic Frameworks like Orchestration Utility,
Content Management and Development Utility, Common Frame work, which would be
reusable & maintainable. Major challenge is to migrate the sites to MOSS which includes
development of different web parts like Search Engine, Content Management, Hit box
Tagging, Dialog coupon ,Sitemap etc.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
It is an Automation framework for Oracle Applications using QTP and XML. The framework is
robust and easy to maintain. Test cases are passed in the XML format with navigation,
execution steps and input data along with some critical validations. The QTP framework has
a XML engine which translates the XML file into actions on the Oracle Apps system.
