I. ACTION REQUESTED

1. For the Chief, BFP’s approval/ signature on the attached Bureau Order.

II. BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION

2. Reference, Memorandum from ATTY. JENNIFER L. TIMBOL, Director III,

Human Resource Policies and Standards Office, CSC dated 16 May 2019, inviting
agency’s Human Resource Management Officer (HRMO) or any representative who
takes charge of the leave administration thereat to a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on
May 27, 2019, Monday, 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at CSI Training Room, 4 th Floor, CSC Central
Office.

3. The attendance of the Chief, Leave Management Section, along with other
personnel, is required on the group discussion set by the Human Resource Policies and
Standards Office, CSC to attend the said matter.

III. RECOMMENDATION

4. The undersigned respectfully recommends the approval of Paragraph I.
