What is the significance of Legal Writing?

Legal writing is practiced by lawyers, judges, and employees in paralegal

profession mainly to attend and resolve client’s matters. Moreover, it compliments both
legal research and writing to result in a well-researched legal document.

One of the benefits of drafting a legal document is to have an exchange of ideas

and information. One may enhance writing by attending legal workshop to be proficient
on the technical aspects of law and legal English thus to produce a well-writing legal
document. Legal Writing is a form of literature wherein audience is a number of readers.
It is important to touch the subconsciousness of the audience in order to persuade.
Lawyers should be able to communicate concisely and accurately the main point, purpose
and consider its relationship to the argument to have a clear understanding. If unable to
achieve, it will seem to create a confusion and struggle to understand what they are
supposed to agree in to.

A lawyer serves to be the mediator of the client and the law. One must be of great
representation of his client. In order to be effective, and make the decisions in their favor,
one must be able to effectivelyg tell the story.
