Ticket Validity & Info:

 Fixed Date Ticket: only valid on the selected visiting date.
Lead Traveler must be present during the redemption of admission wristband(s). The
name entered must match the IC/Passport with no error.
All participating guests to the attraction must present their IC / Passport during the
redemption of admission wristband(s). Entry will be denied should any participating guest
fail to present their IC / Passport.
Admission is free for children below 90cm of height.
For safety purposes, children must be accompanied by an Adult at all times within the
park.
Senior Citizen must present their IC / Passport to verify their eligibility for Senior Citizen
rate (age 60 & above).
No outside food or beverage will be allowed upon entering the theme park, except for
infants or persons with special medical needs.
No re-entry is allowed once the park has been exited. This is a one-time entry admission
ticket.
Meal Voucher is only valid to be used at F&B outlets within Sunway Lagoon. Not valid to
be used outside of Sunway Lagoon.

Important To Note

A maximum number of 10 tickets is allowed per traveling group. If you book more
than 10 tickets per group, you will risk having your ticket rejected at the counter.
All guests are requested to provide IC / Passport upon ticket redemption. If guest
is unable to provide the relevant documents, Sunway Lagoon reserves the right to
withhold wristband(s) and deny entry.
All Guest MUST fill in full name as per IC/Passport correctly with no spelling error before
making payment. Admission will be rejected if the name entered does not match the
name as per IC / Passport.
Guests are required to bring their own towel. No towels will be provided.
Children below 90cm in height may enjoy admission free of charge. Children must meet
both the age and height requirement to enjoy free admission.
Child : 90cm height until 12 years old, Adult : 13-59 years old, Senior Citizen : 60 years
old and above (Based on birth year)
Children must be supervised by an Adult at all times for safety purposes.
Guest are not allowed to bring their own personal surfboards, body boards, and tubes
upon entering Sunway Lagoon.
 In the event of inclement weather, for guests' safety, the management may close certain
rides or amend certain activities/shows.
No refund will be provided for any ride closure due to inclement weather.
For your safety, please refrain from bringing any sharp and dangerous materials/objects
into the theme park.
Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings. Sunway Lagoon will not be held
responsible for any lost belongings.
Non-Malaysian customer that purchased MyKad rate ticket is required to pay RM100 per
ticket as penalty charge as per instructed by Sunway Lagoon at the counter during
redemption, in order to upgrade the ticket to Non-Malaysian ticket.
The management of Sunway Lagoon will take strict action against anyone found reselling
Sunway Lagoon tickets or wristbands.

How to Use

Receive your E-Ticket (with QR Code) INSTANTLY once payment has been made.
View & download your E-Ticket in the Wonderfly Mobile App by selecting “BOOKINGS”,
followed by “VIEW VOUCHER”.
Kindly present the E-Ticket (with QR Code) on your MOBILE, along with your IC /
Passport at the ticketing counter to redeem admission ticket.
Lead Traveller must be present during ticketing redemption.
