the pilot's point of view that he cannot. The four suggested edges are:

HR: The staff structure places more emphasis on individual needs. First, give workers the power

and opportunity to work well while satisfying the demands of human communication, self-

improvement and profession.

Political: Political structures tend to plague people and groups with conflicting motives (usually

covered), especially when spending plans are limited and associations must make worrying

decisions. In this framework, you will see the construction of unity leadership, work leveling and

power-based structural alliance.

Representative: The symbolic structure tends to be an individual requirement for the direction

and importance of the work. It's about personal emotion and makes the club's title special and

prominent. This implies the creation of an exciting vision and the implementation of good

organized organizational events. If the pilot determines that the best problem is the lack of

inspiration and commitment, the interested person can strengthen the symbolic scheme and the

staff. When disagreements about needs and responsibilities are important issues, structural and

political boundaries can generally be important. Symbolic and political overlap may be the key

to change due to the potential weakness and discomfort of future effects. In fact, pioneers must

have different contour visions before they can choose the correct behavior.
