DIRECTIONS: This evaluation sheet is consist of criteria to consider in constructing good tests.
Specifically, this will evaluate the construction of pretest and posttest for Grade 4-7 indigenous students
to identify the least mastered competencies for the first quarter. Kindly encircle the number that
corresponds to your rating for each criterion. Use the scale, where 5 being the highest points and 1
being the lowest point.

1. The test is sufficient to the given time of one hour.
