II. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION

This office serves as staging of company vehicles and dispatching area for the whole
operation of the company. It consist of two comfort room area`s mainly for office
staffs and drivers. The total lot area is estimated around 420 sq.ms where in 60 sq.ms is
allotted for office space, 66 sq.ms for staff house. Below is the design septic tank for
this office area.
