FIREWALL REVIEW MEETING

MEMBERS PRESENT :

THE FOLLOWING POINTS WERE CARRIED & DISCUSSED:

1. Firewall area occupied with some other packed parts. TSPC FW team to be firm on these issues and safe guard their area – Res.
Anbalagan
2. Ready for Despatch parts taken for Firewall trial inspection. Tub Support L2 – 300 Nos
3. 6 firewall inspectors were checked the parts. (each 50 in Tub Support L2)
4. Tub Support L2 – Average cycle time for inspection 50 parts is 25-30 mins
5. Tub Support L2 rejection captured at Fire wall as per standard is – 0%
6. M24 Nut – Only cycle time study was taken with already inspected parts. It varies 10-15 mins for 50 parts inspecting. However TSPC
team to inform to RenNi team for conducting fresh trail with fresh parts
7. FA pulley – Position gauge not yet completed. Trail will be taken after gauge completion – Res. Balamurugan
8. TSPC team to ready with min 300 parts of M24 Nut for next trail inspection on 16-11-13
9. Inspection table 3 to be made ready inline with 1& 2 tables
10. Gauges can be lifted up to some extent, so that inspectors are able to inspect with more speed & less fatigue

Hope the above pending points will be completed before 16.11.13, so that next phase of activities (start of inspection, defects tracking,
raising IORs, completion of IORs, feedback from customer, etc...) can be started.
