Dear brothers & sisters in Christ,

We are delighted to welcome you in just few months’ time in Bali for Asia Pacific Youth
Congress II (APYC II). Please find some information that might be useful for you, as the
following below:

CONGRESS SCHEDULE: 17 – 20 October 2016

The program will start on 17 October 2016 at 5.30 pm and end on 20 October 2016 at
08.30 pm (Please refer to the attached schedule).

CONGRESS VENUE: Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center

AIRPORT TRANSFER
Free airport transfer will only be provided on October 17 (incoming) and October 21
(outgoing). All participants will be sent to Aston Denpasar Hotel for onsite registration
process.

ACCOMMODATION
Youth Congress’ participants will be divided to stay in one of these three hotels:
 Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center
 Harris Hotel & Conventions Denpasar, Bali
 Pop Denpasar Hotel

Check in: 17 October 2016 at 2pm; Check out: 21 October 2016 at 12pm.
Name of your hotel will be informed during your outgoing registration procedure on 17
October 2016 at Aston Denpasar Hotel.

MEALS
First meal is on 17 October: early dinner (served at Hotel)
Last meal is on 21 October, breakfast time (served at Hotel)
On 19 October, you will need to arrange your own dinner.
