. Designing, Modeling & Coordination of MEP services with Structure/Architecture trades. 
. Develop LOD 200 Model to LOD 500 Model. 
. Create Parametric Revit Family as per the approved material submittal. 
. Check the RCP with the model to avoid rework at site. 
. Create Render view for the special Rooms. 
. Convert the Revit schedule to excel for BOQ. 
. Extract the 3d Shop Drawings to 2d Drawings for submission. 
. Coordinate with site for the construction problem. 
. Preparation of Clash report for the MEP services in Naviswork. 
. Communicate subcontractor conflicts to Architecture/ Engineering design team and make
recommendations 
to solve their problems in most efficient and cost effective manner. 
. Advise and provide technical assistance to team members relating to BIM. 
. Exporting DGN,DWG, DWF,NWC, NWD, IFC models for the data integration 
. Generate Clash detection & Co-ordination checking of MEP with other trades Like Architectural,
Structural 
. Prepare builders works drawings as per coordinated 3D model, provide As-Built drawings. 
. Modeling of all Hvac, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Services Using latest Autodesk REVIT Versions for
Residential, Commercial, Institutes and Industrial Applications. 
. Preparing as built model for Ac & ventilation Chilled water, sanitary drainage, water supply, Fire
Fighting 
Systems individually. 
. To ensure all drawings are prepared in accordance with specifications and carried out as per the
respective 
engineers' Instructions. 
. Preparation of Revit Family, fabrication drawing in 3D AUTO CAD and REVIT. 
RESPONSIBILITIES AS A DRAFTSMAN: 
. Responsible for drafting multiple projects by using AutoCAD 2017 
. Responsible of design and complete HVAC works like air distribution calculation, duct sizing, duct
layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, diffusers / grill sizing etc 
. Responsible to work with concerned engineers in order to complete design related services. 
. Responsible of preparing shop drawing for: Ducting, Chilled Water piping system, Condenser water
Piping 
Layout & Schematic Riser Diagrams. 
. responsible for Preparing as Built Drawings after completion of project. 
. Preparation of single line drawings (SLD) as per approved DEWA standards. 
. Co-ordination with MEP team for Builders Work drawing. 
. Handled complete responsibilities of preparing HVAC and PIPING drawings and handling all the
related 
activities from submission to approval of drawing. 
. Involve in preparation of HVAC layout for high rise building, Hospitals, Schools and Shopping Malls
etc. 
Involve in developing in single line Design to double line shop drawing as per ASHRAE/SMACNA 
standard, preparing equipment / Grill schedules. 
. Responsible for identifying the interference between different services, re-routing as per the other
services/ 
architecture / structure plans & generating the section as required and responsible for creating the
drawing as per the standard given by the clients and for updating the drawings as per the corrections
marked by 
Engineer. 
. Preparing MEP builders work layout like slab builders work core wall builders work 
. preparing MEP reflected ceiling plan.
