Observation

Site Condition The MEP work is in progress

1.* Fresh air duct needs to be extended to the room where the FCU is located
2.* The fire alarm sounder must be relocated to commen area
Report In Detail 3.* Coverage of sprinklers obstructed by ductwork or MEP services shall be confirmed on site and
4.revised as needed
5.* The duct work and piping work for the toilet are pending
* Heat detector should be placed in the false ceiling of the kitchen, if the false ceiling height exceeds
800, avoide detector should be installed with a remote indicator
* There are some socket points that are not considered on site, follow the shop drawing
* Heavy bending has caused some conduits to be spoilt and broken, replace them
* Provide seperate conduit provisions for each circuits
* Conduits should be provided for each end of the Ring circuits
* Fire alarm sounders must be relocated to common area
