*The meeting was called to order at 10:00am and the following were discussed and explained:

I. AGENDA
1.1 The intention of the bid is for the discussion of the Complete supply and labor of FDAS work for Project Suntrust The
Mist Residences located at ASPIRAS-PALISPIS HIGHWAY, CORNER ATAB W ROAD, BAKAKENG CENTRAL, BAGUIO CITY .
It is then the responsibility of the Bidders to clarify all questions, within the bidding period, with regard to the detail
and extent of work. After award, it is deemed that the Bidders have considered everything for the complete
performance of the work as per Owner's intention.

II. DISCUSSION
2.1 Project Information:
Consisting of (8) Eight Storey and (7) Level Basement
Project Duration: 60 DAYS
Consultant/s : E.P. DABAO JR.
2.2 Deadline of sending queries is on November 12, 2021(Friday). No verbal queries will be entertained, it should be sent
thru email or fax.

2.3 Bid Proposals devices and equipments shall be Owner Supplied Materials.

2.4 The Bidders shall strictly conform that all Bids shall be accomplished in duplicate copies, submitted in one (1) sealed
long brown envelope. Bidders must submit proposals at SPI Head Office

III. ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS

3.1 Bidders are advised to submit the following Technical Documents:
a.) Construction Schedule
b.) Construction Methodology
c.) Organizational Chart and Manpower Schedule
d.) Site Inspection Certificate

3.2 Bidders are advised to submit sealed bid proposal on or before November 15, 2021.

3.3 1. Contact Person for Site Inspection: Engr. Jimmy Mendoza (09091654518)

2. Availability of Engineers on Site: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm

3.4 Site Inspection: (November 8-9, 2021) 9:00 AM onwards

1 Bidders can only have 2 maximum number of representatives allowed to
enter the construction site.
2 Bidders to submit list of their representative through email with scanned copy of their
vaccination card.
Bidders can also access https://hdf.baguio.gov.ph/ for additional certification. Bidders shall

receive the certification from site and present upon the day of site visit
