INTRODUCTION:

Lead Construction Engineer welcomed all the attendees and informed that the
agenda of this progress review meeting is to discuss the bottlenecks and technical
issues related to 1st Year and 2nd Year RHMs to achieve the remaining 6 Nos. RHMs
within the Revised Contract Completion Date i.e. 09th July 2023. Info.

Furthermore the Senior Engineer highlighted the following:

1. All 6 Nos. of RHMs (1st and 2nd Year) are in advanced stage of Construction
and shall be tracked closely to achieve the targets.

PROJECT STATUS
Lead Construction Engineer informed the Contractor to present the status for the 1st Info.
and 2 nd
Year RHMs and advised that any pending issues related to design and
Construction shall be highlighted.

The Contractor presented the 1st and 2nd Year RHMs the project progress as on 05 th
Feb 2023.

submitted to respective discipline engineer for approval. Lead Engineer informed
that most of drawing approval under routing process.

2nd Year RHMs. The Contractor informed that total 98 work order need to be issue

Senior Engineer informed to check pending GC-11 Punch list with maintenance and
close the pending punches, and further he added to prepare SAT report by tomorrow
for GC-03, GC-07 & GC-11 and submit comments.

Senior Engineer informed need to shift light pole foundation for MOV-DB for
minimum 3 meter instead of 8-10 meter at site.

Senior Engineer informed that need to cross check all transmitter are reading the
scale within the existing F&G coverage sensor for new line connection or not, or
5. any medication needed for F&G coverage and further.

 CONCLUSION
1. The remaining 6 Nos. of RHMs shall be commissioned with in the revised
contract completion date 9th July 2023.
2. All the pending SAT for 1st Year & 2nd Year RHMs shall be scheduled and
expedited considering the Approved Target dates as per program of Works
3. The Company shall expedite that issuance of pending work orders for 2nd Year
RHMs.
4. All pending design deliverables shall be expedited.
5. SAT punches and PSSR Comments for the 1st Year RHMs (GC-04, 07, 11 &
19) shall be completed in order to handover the RHM Facility.
6. All critical Material of 2nd Year RHMs shall be delivered to achieve the
target dates.
7. As-built drawings for the Completed Work Orders shall be submitted.
