1. Flood at The Mandalika:
 OE informed that there should be an evaluation All Parties Info
regarding the flooding, especially in front of the
Black Gate, even though it is not part of MUTIP
Package 1 scope of work.
 OE informed that Contractor Package 1 can Contractor; Jan 23 Info
discuss it with BWS, there is no deadline and OE
Contractor can discuss it in the next January
2023.
2. Ngolang:
 Pak Rangga CMC informed that as per meeting All Parties 28/12/22 Info
with the Bupati regarding Ngolang, there is some
problem at the BWS gabion at the STA 1+300 that
collapse during the heavy rain in the past few
days, and it will be discussed with BWS on
Wednesday December 28th 2022.
 In order to overcome the collapse of the BWS OE Info
gabion, OE suggested two options, either
construct concrete precast/steel pile or construct
spar dike at the collapse area.
 For the bridge at the Ngolang access road, it will All Parties 28/12/22 Info
be discussed with ITDC on the Wednesday
December 28th 2022 morning, because if the
bridge constructed with the concrete, detour of
the Ngolang access road is required.
 For the Ngolang water supply, OE asked Contractor; Info
regarding the bacteria that still detected in that OE
water supply, and suggested to use the chlorine
at the drill area for the 24 hours.
3. Q-R4:
 There is a flood at the Q-R4 at the STA 0+250 RA Contractor; Info
it because the capacity of the crossing box 1x1 m OE; CMC
drainage at that area is not enough.
 OE informed that first we have to solve the Contractor; Info
flooding at that area first, then how to flow the OE; CMC
water from the green area to the sea.
 OE explained that if Contractor reverse the slope Contractor; Info
in that area, they will be paid for the excavation OE

and the slope protection also because the
elevation of the drainage will getting deeper.
 OE asked Contractor to send a RFI regarding this Contractor 29/12/22 Open
flooding issue and explain that the capacity of the
crossing drainage is not enough.
4. TES 7:
 Pak Rangga CMC informed that there is a soil Contractor; Info
settlement at the retaining wall backfill area, but it CMC
not affect the rigid pavement as well as the
retaining wall.
 Also the excavation slope, there is also landslide Contractor Info
in that area and Contractor will protect it with the
Geomat.
 OE explained that the crack in the backfill area is Contractor 29/12/22 Open
because the swale drainage in that area is not
done yet, and Contractor will send a RFI to
propose the half concrete pipe as a drainage in
the TES 7 area.
5. West GWT:
 Contractor informed that there is a water flow from Contractor; Info
the village at the north side of West GWT to the OE
GWT area.
 OE explained that Contractor can make some Contractor 29/12/22 Open
drainage lane that will flow the water from the
village to the provincial road drainage and should
send a RFI regarding this issue.
6. Utility Duct BU-GWT:
 Contractor asked regarding the crossing utility Contractor; 29/12/22 Open
duct that will break the ITDC road, and OE asked OE
Contractor to send a RFI regarding this issue.
7. Parking 6:
 Contractor informed that the pond at the south Contractor Info
side of the Parking 6 is because the drainage is
not connected to the sea yet due to a fence along
the shore area.
 OE informed that there should be the natural Contractor; Info
drainage before the Parking 6 was constructed OE
and Contractor can connect their drainage to that
natural drainage without disturbing the fence.
 Contractor also asked the Parking capacity at the Contractor; Info
Parking 6 that less than the design capacity OE
because of the obstacle area (villa), and propose
to use the west area of Parking 6 to complete the
capacity of the Parking 6.
 OE asked Contractor to make a comparison Contractor 29/12/22 Open
between the original design and the current
condition of Parking 6 and send a RFI regarding
this issue.
8. Looping Road:
 OE informed that the Looping Road east side is All Parties Info
called phase 1 and west side called is phase 2.

of the phase 1 of the Looping Road on December
27th 2022.
9. Partial Hand Over:
 Contractor informed that as per EDP information, All Parties Info
the business process of hand over on the IPMS is
still under progress.
 OE informed that Contractor should wait the IPMS Contractor; Info
process of the hand over business process, and it OE
should be done within this week.
