According to Weekly Coordination Meeting Week 63 held at 30th August 2022, OE said that River Training works ommited from Package 1
1 Training Works shall be omitted from P1 scope No.Annex
contract because it will work by BWS and Gate werks would be ommitted too because it will work by Package 2.
of works.
We want to clarify those information.

Herewith, we would like to inform you the obstacles which still remain unsolved or partially solved as follows: these obstacles. The P1 Contractor will receive a
weekly update report about these obstacles

In respect to the obstacles mentioned, we would like to give notice on the holdback of works in some areas that will affect our work progress
again, because based on schedule R2, some areas affected by obstacles will begin to progress in the near future. We also would like to inform you
that there are two new obstacles at the Parking 6 area (in front of villa) and Bukit Petiwung area (utility duct type l works) which result in idle on
the heavy equipment (2 excavators and I breaker) that work at Bukit Petiwung area. Further details of the GRM for those obstacles are attached.

Dear Sir,

In accordance with the omission work plan, we would like to request for legitimate confirmation regarding the items/areas that will be omitted,
which include the obstacle areas. We need this kind of legitimate confirmation because our cumulative progress after MotoGP event up to week
58 is-2,02%, where one of the causes is we cannot work at the area that will be omitted. As an information, as per our revision 2 schedule, we
supposed to start our work at the omitted area as follow

1. West GWT (will be constructed 2 out of 3 tanks)

2. East GWT (will be constructed 1 out of 3 tanks)
3. GAI-GA2
4. GB1-GB2 The contractor shall follow the official list of

As per the works mentioned above, we hope Owner's Engineer can give us a legitimate confirmation whether those works will be omitted or not
