Subject: Request for Confirmation of Omission Work

Dear Sir,

In accordance with the omission work plan, we would like to request for legitimate
confirmation regarding the items/areas that will be omitted, which include the
obstacle areas. We need this kind of legitimate confirmation because our
cumulative progress after MotoGP event up to week 58 is -2,36%, where one of the
causes is we cannot work at the area that will be omitted. As an information, as
per our revision 2 schedule, we supposed to start our work at the omitted area as
follow:

1. West GWT (will be constructed 2 out of 3 tanks)

2. East GWT (will be constructed 1 out of 3 tanks)
3. GA1-GA2
4. GB1-GB2
5. TES 1
6. TES 2
7. TES 3
8. TES 5
9. TES 9
10. River Training Works
11. Amenity Core Facilities
12. Gate & Security Booth

As per the works mentioned above, we hope Owner’s Engineer can give us a
legitimate confirmation whether those works will be omitted or not and which part
of the area mentioned above that Contractor can start their work in order for us
to catch up the progress.
