HP Certification Process
You should be thoroughly familiar with the contents of this course, Servicing HP Desktops, Workstations,
and Notebooks, as well as the two prerequisite training courses (HP Business PCs and Personal
Workstations Fundamentals and HP Commercial Notebook Fundamentals) as listed in the Course
Prerequisites section. Do not attempt to take the exam if you have not completed this training .
NOTE: The Qualification Exam questions were created from all three of these courses.
To start the exam, advance to the next topic and then begin answering the questions. The exam consists of 30
questions. You must achieve a score of 80% correct answers to pass the exam.
Select your answers by following the instructions for each exam question and then click the Submit button. You
can change your answers for each question at any time before you submit the answer.
If you want to change your answer before submitting it, be sure to click the Clear button to ensure all previous
entries are removed before entering your new answer.
If you click Submit without answering the question completely (either with no answer, or less than the required
number of answers), the answer will be marked as incorrect.
After you click the Submit button, your answer cannot be changed. You will receive immediate feedback about
whether your answer is correct or incorrect for that question.
The exam is not timed. Be sure to take your time and read each question thoroughly, selecting the best answer
for the question.
You will receive immediate feedback on your pass or fail status after completing the exam.
If you pass the exam, your HP learning history will be updated and credit will be applied to the service
qualification.
If you fail the exam, you should review all related course materials and then retake the exam.
