They then click request twice to launch the appropriate recertification course or test based on their language - English, Japanese, or Chinese. After completing the training, it may take up to 6 hours for the certificate to become available.

Step 1: Navigate to My Training
Partner will log in to The Hub https://partners.panduit.com and click “Training” in the top navigation, then click “My Training”.
Step 2: Manage Your Past Due Course
Partner will see their past due training(s) in the left column under their transcript. Partner should click “Manage” Step 3: Request Your Recertification After selecting “Manage”, partner will need to click “request”. Partner will click request again in the pop-up box. *English-Speaking partners, please take NICD 2.0. **Japanese-Speaking partners, please take Japanese version. ***Chinese-Speaking partners, please take Chinese version. Step 4: Launch the Recertification Course After clicking “request” in the pop-up box, partner will need to click “launch” to take the recertification course or test.
