PCNSC Exam Registration Guide

If you do not have a Pearson VUE account, go to www.pearsonvue.com/paloaltonetworks and select

Create a web account.
If you already have an account, go to www.pearsonvue.com/paloaltonetworks and sign in with
credentials.
• Read through the Palo Alto Networks Professional Certification Program policies and agreements on
the homepage
• Next page will show the default Exam Catalog. To select the PCNSC exam:
1. Locate the “Do you have a Private Access Code?” dropdown icon below the Exam Catalog.
2. Click the dropdown arrow to open the field box and enter the Private Access Code.

→ Enter Private Access Code: PCNSC-PAC to take exam at a local test center.

→ Enter Private Access Code: PCNSC-OP to take exam at a remote location (online proctored).

Note: Choosing the online proctored option will also require submitting the “Agree to Online
Proctoring Policies” page.

3. Review exam details and click Schedule this Exam to continue.

4. Select User Type and enter required fields. Click Next to continue.
o Palo Alto Networks PS employees should select ‘Palo Alto Networks Employee’
o CPSP Partner Consultants should select ‘Partner’

5. Review your order details and click Proceed to Checkout to continue.

6. Go to the Voucher/Promotion Code field and enter the provided Registration Code to authorize
your exam registration.

7. Once you enter the Registration Code and click ‘Apply’, you will see a screen with a ‘PCNSC
Eligibility Voucher’ confirmation appear.

8. If you have a free exam voucher code, go back (again) to the Voucher/Promotion Code field and
now enter the Discount Voucher Code to apply discount.

9. Review order details to verify the voucher code(s) have been applied. Click Next to continue.

10. Complete the remaining registration steps and contact certification@paloaltonetworks.com if

you have any questions.
