Please note that all nominations may be accepted only for the time window open (i.e. Last date of nomination) as given in the announcement details

Please ensure that you select the Certification Course of interest carefully from the drop down and provide rest of the details to complete the registration

Certification Process for Correction in Registered details

Step 1
Click on Certification Nomination template link under Lists section on the left hand side of the Screen in SAP Training Homepage - https://knowmax.ultimatix.net/sites/entsol-hsd/SAP/Training/default.aspx

Step 2
Select Action >> Edit in Data sheet. Do the desired changes to the datasheet.

Once the changes are done, Select Action >> Show in Standard View. Click Yes on the dialog box that Appears for saving changes

SAP Direct Certification Eligibility Criteria

1. Last 1 year in TCS 2. Level of Certification
A. Associate Level
 Minimum 1 year of SAP Implementation Experience OR Minimum 2 years of SAP Support Experience in the Module and Version you wish to take up certification

B. Professional Level
 Minimum 3 to 7 years of SAP Implementation Experience WITH Minimum 6 months experience in the Module and Version you wish to take up certification

Only EntSol tagged associates will be considered No assistance with regard to Study Material / Questionnaire is provided for SAP Direct Certifications. Study material is offered only with training and hence associates are expected to consider this while nominating for certification

While the certification nomination template provides you with the list of SAP Certification Codes and Descriptions, if you don t find the certification of your interest, you may refer to training.sap.com for the latest list of certifications and choose the right certification code; This code along with description may be entered in the other certification details text box provided right in the nomination template

Only short-listed associates list, giving fair representation to multiple projects and based on available budget, will be shared with SAP for validating the eligibility. Others may be considered in the subsequent certification drives

5. Subsequent to SAP s approval, EntSol L&D team will send confirmation of nominations to inform the selected eligible associates on the date of certification, venue and other details 6. After receiving confirmation, associates will be required to post/courier a consent form to SAP within 1 week. You would be required to paste a passport sized photograph in the consent form. Sample Consent Form is attached here for information purpose only. EntSol L&D will mail the participants the actual form along with the confirmation mail 7. Those appearing for certification are expected to revert within 1 week if they are not in a position to participate 7. It takes approximately 15 working days for associates to receive confirmation for nominations from the last date of nomination/registration for the drive 8. Please note that the certification costs are paid upfront to SAP by EntSol L&D directly for all SAP Direct Certifications and hence reimbursement requests will not be considered going forward 9. 1. You may nominate for certifications like TOGAF, PMP, Prince2, etc., 2. They will go through review and approval from Global SAP Presales and Delivery Head and EntSol L&D 3. Associates are expected to clear the certification and subsequently claim reimbursement for these certifications
