Guide to Online Module Enrolment

This quick reference guide covers how to enrol for a module. Please note screenshots displayed in this document are for reference purposes only and the
enrolment process is the same for any CA Program module.

This guide covers instructions on:


• Online Module Enrolments
• Changing your Exam Location
• Discontinuing/Withdrawing from a Module

Online Module Enrolments


1. Navigate to
www.charteredaccountantsanz.com
2. Click on LOGIN via the top right hand
corner of the page.

3. Log in using your email address.


If you have forgotten your password
use the Forgot Password link.
4. If you are having any problems
logging in contact our customer
service centre.

5. Under the heading Education,


select My education.

6. Select My Enrolments

7. If this is your first Module you will be


required to click on New CA Program
Enrolment.
If you have enrolled in a module
before skip to step 10.

8. Select Graduate Diploma of


Chartered Accounting.

9. Select the Tax elective relevant to the


country you intend in practicing.
Click Next and you will receive a
confirmation of your enrolment.

10. Accept Terms and Conditions and


click next.

11. Select the module you would like to
enrol in and click Enrol.
Note: Enrolment periods apply, only
modules with open enrolment dates
will be available.

12. You can update your address details


if needed.

13. Select the relevant course name and


click Next.

14. Your Name, Employment Details and
Mentor Details will be displayed.

15. You are required to confirm if your


employment and mentor details
are correct.
If your response to the above is ‘No’ the below question will display.

If you respond ‘No’ to the above, the link to the Employment Details Form will display.

If you respond ‘Yes’ to the above, the link to the Employment Details Form will also display.

16. If you require any assistance ensure


you have submitted your request for
assistance before enrolling.

17. Select your exam location preference


– if overseas, simply select overseas
and a Chartered Accountants
Program staff member will be in
touch with you.

18. Review and accept the terms
and conditions.

19. If you have received a Payment


Token from your employer please
verify it here then proceed to
Check Out. Contact your Employer
Coordinator if you have not received
a token. Your employment history
must be up to date in order for tokens
to be validated.
Payment tokens can only be entered
during the advertised enrolment
period.
20. If you are paying for your enrolment
yourself please click on Check Out.

Note: If the token supplied by your employer is not being verified, lodge a “Support” request
case from the menu on the left of the screen. Chartered Accountants ANZ will be prioritising
these.

21. All enrolments after the advertised enrolment period will incur a late fee.

The late fee is listed in the CA Program fees schedule on the Chartered Accountants ANZ website.
The late fee is also displayed before you go to the checkout to make payment for your module.

22. A payment token reminder will


appear to prompt you to add a token
from your employer if applicable.

23. You will see the following screen.


Ensure your pop-up blockers are
turned off. Don’t close or refresh your
browser.

24. Click Make a Payment.

25. Enter your credit card details and


click Submit Payment.

26. Once you’ve paid you’ll see your


enrolment listed under My Recent
Enrolments.

Changing your Exam Location Preference
1. Navigate to My Enrolments

2. Click View All below the enrolled


module.

3. Click edit.
Change the exam location preference
and click save.

Discontinuing/Withdrawing from a Module
1. Click on My Requests to create and
view CA Program related requests.

2. Click on the Module Cancellation/


Discontinuation link to create a
request.

3. Complete the form details and click


Save.

4. Return to the My Requests area to


view the status of an existing request,
click View to see notes from the
reviewer.
Any refunds will be processed within
15 working days.
