Action programs explains how PHILIPS LIGHTING will operate and


manage its business. It also addresses the back office activities that don't
relate directly to providing goods to consumers.

Implementation Activities:

Sales executives were given incentives up to 10% value of the sale

the commitment to donating the €2.1 million to the
Philips Lighting Foundation in 2017. These

Philips Lighting Foundation in 2018. The donation

installment of €700,000 and will be paid in April

received some contributions from Philips Lighting
employees for a total amount of €440.

Similary for the supplier also the company put some target and if you are
able to achieve it company provide rewards like free family international
holiday trip and incentives where as discount on their product and
sometimes it also provide commission to supplies as well as retailer.
