Good Day! The Master of Arts in Nursing students will conduct a seminar entitled “ The In’s and Out’s of UHC and
SDN” ( What we currently know ) on February 22, 2020 from 1:30 to 3:30 pm at Graduate School Room P 109.

In lieu of this, we would like to seek your permission for conducting a seminar as a partial fulfillment of the
requirements in our subject N231- Seminar in Nursing Leadership. Twenty five (25) participants will be invited
including UST and Non UST students.

In connection with this, we would like also to request a permit for those invited non UST students to enter the
campus on the said date and event. Their presence will contribute a lot for the success of the activity.
