AFFIDAVIT

I, REBECCA D. MARIANO, of legal age, married, Filipino, and resident of 463

Puyat Farm, Paradise 1, Purok 5, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, after having
been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and states, that:

1. At around 6:00 in the morning of February 6, 2020, I am at my house when I

was surprise by the call for help of my neighbors as the house of the San Luis and
Capambe is being demolished;

2. Hearing the call for help, I joined my neighbors in going to the house of the
San Luis and Capambe;

3. Upon arriving near the house of the San Luis and Capambe, armed
unidentified men numbering around 8 block our way and told us not to further
approach the house saying “mamasuhin namin kayo”;

4. Despite the threat, I together with other neighbors persisted in approaching

the house but the armed unidentified men took a drum full of water and roll it over
in our direction;

5. From our location and vantage point, I saw several men demolishing the
house of the San Luis and Capambe;

6. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of foregoing and in

support of the case for grave threat and illegal demolition filed against those
responsible for the demolition of the house of San Luis and Capambe.
