The first module essentially can be divided into two main aspects.

The first puts


emphasis on understanding the self, which can only be done after an understanding
of certain concepts related to self namely the how environment and context affect
our development, thinking self, and feeling self. This is seen in the first three
weeks. The second aspect of the first module puts emphasis on caring for the self,
and this is seen in week 4, where it teaches on how to manage negative emotion,
boost positive emotions and enhance overall well being. All these concepts though
at times may seemingly be far-fetched, are relevant as it teaches me more about
myself, how i operate and can be applied in my care for well-being.
