Patiribayan Festival, postponed due to typhoon Ruby, is reset from December 5-7, 2014 to December 15-17, 2014. However, contests for Mother Tongue, English and Filipino (Elementary & Secondary) shall be conducted during the Regional Schools Press Conference at Daet, Camarines Norte on January 12-15, 2015. This is to allow divisions who have scheduled their press conferences on December 15-17 to go on with their activity on these dates. The venue, host division/district/schools, provisions and guidelines relative to this regional activity indicated in Regional Memorandum No. 108, s. 2014 and Regional Memorandum No. 119, s. 2014 still apply.
