CASTRO, JOVITA P. PUNONGBAYAN, ROBERTA R. PADIGOS, and LIGAYA PADIGOS, all
of legal ages, and residents of Sumabnit, Binalonan, Pangasinan except for Ligaya
Padigos, who is a resident of 7407 88 Ave NQ Edmonton Alberta, Canada T6B 0M4,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say
