MOTION FOR EXECUTION

Plaintiff, unto this Honorable Court, respectfully alleges that:

1. On October 5, 2020, a judgment was rendered by the Court, the dispositive

portion of which reads:

“WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of plaintiff

Sonny Perez and against defendant Marisa E. Marinas. Accordingly,
defendant is directed to pay plaintiff the sum of Php91,000.00.

After this Judgment has become final and executory, the judg,ent
amount shall earn interest at the legal rate of 6% per annum until fully
satisfied.

SO ORDERED.”

2. The judgment is final, executory and unappealable.

3. The defendant has not complied with the judgment.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that a writ of

execution be issued to implement the judgment of the Court dated October 5, 2020.
