Submission date for Contractors to PMC, Consultant for compiling EHS statistics (if it’s on Friday they shall submit on Saturday. PMC and Consultant shall close their report at same date of close out)
Submission date for PMC or Consultant to Aldar QHSE team or it could be submitted before if its ready.
NB : Reporting Period - Report period starts from the day submitted by contractors to PMC & Consultant and the day before the next submission.
For Example: Reporting period for the month of April 2020 will be from 25th of March 2020 to 23rd of April 2020 & Contractor shall submit on 25th to Consultant &
PMC then PMC & Consultant shall complete it and submit to ALDAR QHSE team on 26th of April 2020.
Note: PMC, Consultant & Contractors shall follow the 2020 submission calendar and incorporate their statistics in the final OSH/EHS report submitted to Aldar QHSE team
Due to the Friday, Regarding January the contractor can submit their report to PMC & Consultant on 25th January 2020 but the month ending is still on 23rd. Regarding April the contractor
can submit their report on 25th April 2020 but the month ending is still on 23rd of April. Regarding July the Contractor can submit their report on 25th of July 2020 but the month ending is
still on 23rd of July. The submission date could be subject to change as per ALDAR QHSE team advise.
3- It is mandatory to give a brief including consequences about, all Serious OSH Incident "Reportable Incidents" (Serious
OSH Incident: a work related incident that requires notification to SRA and consisting of or resulting in Fatality, Serious OHS
Injuries, Serious Dangerous Occurrence, Serious occupational Illness / Disease). Also give brief explanation regarding lost
workdays case, Major, Moderate & Minor Environmental incidents and NON-SERIOUS OSH INCIDENT “recordable incident”
such as Near miss, Property damage, Security incident, Marine incident, Fire incident, RWC, MTC & First aid cases which
shall be also recorded with trend analysis.
