Recommendations

After analyzing the data’s following recommendations are suggested to the organization.

1. Company should do some promotional activities in Hyderabad and other parts of the country

where branches are situated to create a proper place in the consumers mind.

Kinds of promotional activities:

Company should go for both pull and push strategy. Push strategy will help to attract big
organizations and pull strategy will help to attract traders.

Push strategy:

Company should send representatives to big architect, dealers, builders etc. This will help the
company to increase the awareness level of its new introductions. Company’s representatives
should visit large dealers and builders, because maintaining customer relationship is a key to
success in sanitaryware business.

Pull strategy:

Company should go for local advertisement namely-

a) Hoardings at bus stops and some visible places with in the city.

b) Advertisements in newspaper, magazines, etc.

c) Organization can send brochures to various organizational markets regarding their product
and services.

Try to make any measures to improve sub-dealers margin.

2. Discounts are very much opened in the market, this is creating problem to the sub dealers,
they are not getting proper margin.

3. Sub dealers are not getting their order on time, so there is a need to improve the supply
chain.

4. After sales service should improve because it is not up to the mark.


5. Rate is varying dealer to dealer, keep same rate for all because some retailers are not getting
proper margin.

6. Schemes are not known to every Sub-dealer so message should reach each and every sub-
dealer.

7. Stock should be always available because of that many orders are getting cancelled.

8. Many of the sub-dealers don’t have Hindware display/board on their shop so provide display
to every sub-dealers automatically it will add to your promotion.

9. Your company is not doing much advertisement so do more advertisement through


television, newspaper, by keeping big hoardings or banners on roadside.

10. Rate of your products are almost same for distributors as well as sub-dealers due to this sub-
dealers are not getting much profit, so rate should be different for distributors and sub-
dealers.

11. Service knowledge as well as sales technique of the sales personnel should be reviewed

frequently by the senior management.

12. Sales executives should remain motivated through various incentives which are only

proportionate to their target achievement.
