ORIGIN OF REPORT:
The internship report is been prepared as a mandatory requirement. The 4th
semester of BBA is been dedicated to internship which provides a practical
learning through and regarding real life situations in the cooperate world
rather than a usual style of classroom leaning.

INTERNSHIP SYNOPSIS

INTRODUCTION OF THE FIRM:

Maruti Udyog Limited was founded by the Government of India in 1981, only
to merge with the Japanese automobile company Suzuki in October 1982.
The first manufacturing factory of Maruti was established in Gurugram,
Haryana, in the same year.

Maruti Suzuki True service offered by Maruti Suzuki to its customers. It is a


market place for used Maruti Suzuki Vehicles. One can buy, sell or
exchange used Maruti or non- Maruti vehicles with the help of this service in
India. As of 10 August 2017, there are 1,190 outlets across 936 cities.

OBJECTIVES

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Recruitment refers to the process of identifying and attracting job seekers


so as build a pool of qualified job applicants. The process comprises five
related stages
(a) planning
(b) strategy development
(c) searching
(d) screening
(e) evaluation and control.

 Complete paperwork accurately


 Providing a courteous and professional service at all times
 Interaction with the manger and the employee

 Questionnaire

 To understand the social responsibility of the organization.

 To study the different elements and department in the Human


Resource Department.
 To study the various services and products offered by the organization.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY:


The internship was undertaken in Maruti Suzuki True Value which was
located in Bhubaneshwar, Orissa. The main aim of this internship is to
understand the process in the HR follows. Help to gather experience,
knowledge and potential to do many different types of roles in different
department. Now here the main thing I need to study is the how the
recruitment process work. Recruitment refers to the process of searching
for potential employees and influencing them to work for their organization.
The purpose of the recruitment process is to find talented and qualified
individuals for the growth and development of their organization.
RESEARCH METHODOLGY:
(Duration of study- 8 weeks from 1st Feb)

 Define research problem and objective.


 Develop a research plan.
 How the data is collected and from what sources- primary sources and
secondary sources.
 Analysis of information and arrive at conclusions and findings
 Define the problem on the basis of which data is collected
