TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Prices are Inclusive of 12% Value Added Tax.

2. Equipment and devices described in this proposal are subject to stock availability. In the event ESSCOR is unable to supply
the equipment or devices described herein, ESSCOR shall be at liberty to supply substitute equipment or devices that are of
the same or higher specs.

3. Other equipments like those used for power back-up shall be supplied by client.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT:

1. Free Regular Semi-Annual check-up for One Year – Service Technician/s will visit CLIENT location every quarter to check
and clean the listed devices above. A written Service Report will be submitted to CLIENT by the SUPPLIER on the same day
that the Service.
2. Technical support by Phone - Technical support by phone will be available to CLIENT at no additional charge 24 hours a
day 7 days a week. Supplier will provide the CLIENT a direct telephone numbers for Service Request

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Mobilization, Project Coordination, and Preparation of working permit.

2. Delivery of Imported Equipment

3. Mounting & Installation of devices.

4. Tapping and Testing of equipment.

5. Set-up, Configuration and Programming of Security Software.

6. Training of authorized user.

7. Turnover of the system

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Downpayment, After confirmation of order or Notice to Proceed (35%)
Progress Bill, Upon Complete Equipment Delivery (35%)

Full Payment, After Project Turnover (30%)

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION LEADTIME:

IMPORTED EQUIPMENT: ESSCOR guarantees the delivery of Equipment within six to eight (6-8) weeks from receipt of
Purchase Order.

MOBILIZATION: Mobilization, permit processing, documentation, requisition, etc. will be within seven (7) days from the
receipt of purcahse order.

WARRANTY:

v Our workmanship is warranted for one (1) year after completion of the job.

v Our equipment and devices are warranted for one (1) year after delivery at the site.
v This warranty shall be voided by unauthorized tampering of the installed equipment and/or terminated wires or if the
Terms of Payment had not been met. Similarly, we will not warrant against damage resulting from conditions and events
beyond our control
v This proposal is valid for a period of Thrity (30) days from the date of this proposal and shall be subject to confirmation
thereafter.
v Should the contract overrun this schedule for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to adjust our prices
accordingly.

v The information contained in this proposal is to be treated as confidential and shall not be used or disclosed except to
QUEST AIR TECHNOLGY PHIL'S INC and consultants engaged in evaluating this proposal.
