say that the heart is the "engine of life." Without it, our bodily functions cannot

But I will have you know I am not a doctor. And I am not here to give you any medical
advice. Almost everyone who writes about anything to do with a medical subject always
tells you to "check with your doctor before following this or any other diet or health
regimen." Is this good advice? In my opinion, the answer is not always yes. Why then,
does nearly everyone who writes about health include a phrase about seeing your doctor
first?

The answer is easy: It is a disclaimer. And truth is, I am no different from them. But here
is the important thing:

Does that mean what I am about to reveal to you in this exciting report is any less
meaningful or truthful?

Far from it. The fact is the information you are about to learn will transform your life.
And I am dead serious about it.

6 Warning Signals Your Heart Is Sending
Your heart is literally a pump. It measures about the size of two hands clasped together,
situated slightly left of center in your chest, between your right and left lungs. Your heart
is divided into the right and the left side. The division protects oxygen-rich blood from
mixing with oxygen-poor blood. Oxygen-poor blood returns to the heart after circulating
through your body.

If something went wrong with your heart, would you know it? In fact, the question is, do
all heart problems come with clear warning signs? The answer is no. There is not always
an alarming chest clutch followed by a fall to the floor like you see in movies. Some heart
symptoms do not even happen in your chest, and it is not always easy to tell what’s
going on.

Chest Discomfort

It is the most common sign of heart danger. If you have a blocked artery or are having
myocardial infarction (commonly known as a heart attack), you may feel pain, tightness,
or pressure in your chest.

Angina is chest pain or discomfort when your heart muscle is not getting enough oxygen-
rich blood.

Also, keep in mind you can have heart problems - even a heart attack - without chest
pain. That is particularly common among women.

In this setting, it is called a “silent” heart attack, or medically referred to as silent


ischemia (lack of oxygen) to the heart muscle.
Shortness of Breath

Heart failure occurs when the heart is unable to pump sufficiently to maintain blood flow
to meet your needs. We experience shortness of breath and fatigue that tends to
increase with more physical exertion.

If you have prolonged and persistent shortness of breath, it is likely to be related to a


medical condition. If you encounter breathlessness even at rest or lying down, you
should get yourself checked with a doctor.

Nausea

Nausea and vomiting is common with heart failure. Some people also experience a loss
or change in appetite. They may feel sick to the stomach even though they have not
eaten or eaten much.

This is largely because the heart is unable to supply enough blood to your stomach and
thus this interferes with your digestive system, making you feel unwell.

Dizzy Spells

With a heart disorder such as heart failure, there is a reduction of blood flow to the brain.
Easily, this causes fainting spells or light-headedness. A sudden loss of consciousness
usually means that the blood supply to the brain is seriously reduced.

The heart is unable to function normally and pump blood adequately because blood flow
is blocked, for example, by narrowing of a valve. It could also be due to a heart attack.

Profuse Cold Sweating

Do you find yourself breaking into cold sweat even when you are not exercising or being
active? Cold sweating or clammy skin are likely some symptoms of heart problem.
This is because your heart is exerting more effort than usual pumping blood through
clogged arteries, therefore your body will sweat more to try to keep your body
temperature down during the extra exertion.

Heart Palpitations

Heart palpitations are abnormal heartbeat sensations where the affected person
experiences a fast heartbeat rate. It comes without warning and suddenly. You feel
fluttering or "flip-flops" in your chest. These can be signs of arrhythmia, or abnormal or
irregular heartbeat.

If this phenomenon persists, you should consult your doctor for a heart evaluation. It may
be signs towards possible heart abnormality.

Next time, do not just dismiss a recurring chest pain with, “It will go away later.” Chances
are, you and I love to push ourselves to our limits, just to see where exactly our breaking

The above symptoms that I have mentioned may vary from person to person. This is
because we have different health conditions. For example, someone who has had a
heart attack may not have realized it was coming simply because we react differently to
danger. But no one knows your body better than yourself. I am here to remind you that
we have to pay more attention to our bodies and the messages they are sending to you.

If your body is telling you that there is something wrong, high chances are, there really is
something wrong with it.
How To Live A More Satisfied And Wholesome Life Today

There is no secret to loving our bodies. Our organs are like machine parts. They need
maintenance and care from time to time. With negligence and overworking without
sufficient rest, even the best machines fail some day.

Let me start with telling you a personal story of a heart failure survivor.

Mike was a husband and a father to 3 kids. One day, he had a heart attack while he was
clocking long hours at work and no one found him after a long time. He was taken to the

Let me preface this with why I take berberine products: I have PCOS and was on metformin for a few
years, but eventually had to wean off due to bumping renal numbers (my kidneys did not like it)...
