AGENDA (1-2 HOURS APPROXIMATELY)

LOCATION: TRECE MARTIRES CITY HALL.

1. Welcome remarks by (Rodel Balida)

a. Ask for Prayer – to be led by (Sir Mike Wiseman) *if Present if not *Jam Gonzaga
b. Ask Secretary to provide attendance.
c. Ask if there’s a prospects attending 2nd EB if 3rd make him speak in-front to introduce himself/herself.
d. Provide Registration form for those 1st timers, but let him read the rules and regulations before letting
him to fill-up the form.
e. Validate every membership registration form and supporting documents by our *Secretary.
f. Announce to our new prospects our club purpose.
g. Announce how they are going to accumulate points for them to acquire our “IDENTITY”, like Stickers, T-
shirt, and Vest.
i. 3 EB – Sticker (50 PHP) *ask for payment before 3rd EB
ii. 3 EB – T-shirt (220 PHP) *ask for payment before 3rd EB
iii. 4 EB + 2 RIDES – VEST (580) *ask for payment before 4th EB and 1st Rides.
h. Announce every EB they must wear/bring:
i. HELMET.
ii. SHOES.
iii. Flip flops is applicable when raining.
iv. Complete Papers *OR/CR + Driver’s License.
2. Meet and Greet (New member and Official members).
3. 10 – 15 MINS BREAK.
4. Marshall Seminar: to be conducted by (Marvin Batuan & Ben Ybañez)
a. Riding safety and awareness.
b. Hand signals to memorize.
c. Rides positioning.
5. Announce a “FIRST EVER RIDE” at Kaybiang Tunnel on October 13, 2019 Sunday 6:00 AM Sharp.
a. Decide a meeting place.
b. Announce that we are strictly implementing our time of TAKE-OFF 6:30 AM.
6. Closing Remarks
a. Prayer.
b. Decide a short ride at least residing Trece Martires City, to bond! *IF APPLICABLE
