3. Business requirements
Output is required for the printing of a ‘Contract’ letter. A contract is a mini agreement for pricing of goods
that can be used by Colombia for some customers. The output will print on request of the user.

The contract letter is both a requirement for the business and the customer. This is the means of verifying
the conditions and goods agreed to within the contract. In the future this could be faxed or emailed to the
customer.

The Contract will be agreed with the customer, the Cryogas user will then create the contract in the system
using the sales order type CO and a printout of the ‘Contract’ letter will be produced. The customer will
date and sign the agreement.
