Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period is from 15th February 2020 to 31st March 2020.

2. Get ONE (1) complimentary TNG RFID Tag when you spend a minimum of RM50 over-the-
counter with Touch ‘n Go eWallet at the following Shell stations:

3. The Promotion is valid for Verified Users on Touch ‘n Go eWallet only.

4. The Promotion is limited to one (1) complimentary TNG RFID tag per transaction and only valid
for the day of transaction.

5. The Promotion is only applicable to first-time RFID user and is not applicable for replacement
RFID tags.

6. Users are required to show proof of payment (physical receipt) in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet to
TNG RFID Fitment Agents for fitment to be done.

7. Physical receipt will be photocopied and kept by TNG RFID Fitment Agents as a proof of
payment.

8. Promotion is applicable with the “Big 2M Weekly Draw” Promotions, but not applicable with
the “RM5 Cashback on RFID” and the “Ultimate RFID Toll Pass” Campaigns.

9. Promotion is limited to the first 10,000 TNG RFID tags throughout the Promotion Period. The
Promotion will cease once the TNG RFID tags have been fully redeemed, or at the expiration
of the Promotion Period, whichever earlier.

 10. Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.

11. TNGD will contact users for selected personal information for the purposes of
registration/verification of Touch ‘n Go eWallet account and/or TNG RFID only. The User’s
personal information are protected under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.

12. This Terms and Conditions shall be further subject to the General Campaign Terms and
Conditions which can be found at https://www.tngdigital.com.my/general-terms-and-
conditions.html.

13. Users are also subjected to the User’s Terms and Conditions which can be found at
https://www.tngdigital.com.my/assets/pdf/user-terms-and-conditions.pdf.

14. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with or without
notice to the users if the user is found to have breached TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions.

Promosi Shell RFID

Terma & Syarat

1. Tempoh Promosi adalah dari 15 Februari 2020 hingga 31 Mac 2020.

2. Dapatkan SATU (1) RFID TNG secara percuma apabila membelanjakan sekurang-kurangnya
RM50 dengan Touch 'n Go eWallet di kaunter bayaran stesen-stesen Shell berikut:

3. Promosi ini sah untuk Pengguna “Verified” Touch ‘n Go eWallet sahaja.

4. Promosi ini terhad untuk satu (1) RFID TNG percuma sahaja bagi setiap transaksi dan hanya
sah untuk hari transaksi tersebut.

5. Promosi ini terhad untuk pemasangan RFID pertama sahaja dan tidak boleh diguna untuk
mengganti RFID Tag yang telahpun sedia ada.

6. Pengguna dikehendaki menunjukkan bukti pembayaran (resit fizikal) dalam Touch 'n Go
eWallet kepada Agen Pemasangan RFID TNG untuk pemasangan.

7. Resit fizikal tersebut akan difotokopi dan disimpan sebagai bukti pembayaran oleh Agen
Pemasangan RFID TNG.

8. Promosi ini terpakai dengan promosi “Big 2M Weekly Draw”, tetapi tidak terpakai dengan
kempen “RM5 Cashback on RFID” dan “Ultimate RFID Toll Pass”.

9. Promosi ini terhad kepada 10,000 pelekat RFID TNG yang pertama sepanjang Tempoh
Promosi. Promosi ini akan berakhir apabila Tempoh Promosi tamat atau apabila kesemua
pelekat RFID telah ditebus, mana-mana yang lebih awal.

 10. Promosi ini tidak boleh ditukar atau digantikan dengan wang tunai.

11. TNGD akan menghubungi pengguna untuk maklumat peribadi terpilih untuk tujuan
pendaftaran/pengesahan akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet dan/atau TNG RFID sahaja. Maklumat
peribadi Pengguna tersebut adalah dilindungi oleh Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi (PDPA)
2010.

12. Terma dan Syarat ini akan tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat Kempen Am yang boleh didapati
di https://www.tngdigital.com.my/general-terms-and-conditions.html.

13. Pengguna juga tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat Pengguna yang boleh didapati di
https://www.tngdigital.com.my/assets/pdf/user-terms-and-conditions.pdf.

14. TNGD berhak untuk menahan apa-apa manfaat di bawah perkhidmatan yang diberikan,
dengan atau tanpa notis kepada pengguna jika pengguna didapati melanggar Terma dan
Syarat Pengguna TNGD.
