(Remote) Data Entry Assistant Position

JOB DESCRIPTION

Welcome to Legalist! We’re looking for highly trained, remote data entry assistants who can join
our team full time -- 8 hours a day, five days a week. If you’re looking for a stable position with

Legalist is the world's first AI litigation finance firm. We source, underwrite, and invest in the best
lawsuits using cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology, and we’re looking for talented team
members to assist our sales representatives in scheduling, coordinating with clients, and
collecting documents.

This is a full-time, home-based, 40 hours/week position. We pay bi-monthly with PayPal (2x /
month), and our existing virtual employees have been with us for over two years. Our team is
small, and our virtual employees in the Philippines are an important part of our operations.

Our STARTING WAGE is $3.75 USD per hour, which works out to approximately 31,905 PHP
per month. You will receive periodic raises as long as you are continuing to improve, and raise
evaluations happen every 6-12 months.

JOB SUMMARY

Your primary focus will be searching and entering data on lawyers, lawsuits, and other key
information. We send hundreds of emails a day to prospective lawyers. You'll be on the front
lines of that battle, helping compile data that will generate emails and recording data that will
help facilitate Legalist’s workflow.

We are looking for exceptional people who have the data entry ability to properly support our
team. We're a fun team and you'll be working with us through Outreach, Slack, and G Suite during
your workday. The work is remote, so you can do it in the comfort of your own home, with no
long, draining commute.

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, & ADVANCEMENT

This is a full-time, home-based, 40 hours/week position; hours are very flexible. We pay twice a
month with PayPal, and with an established virtual staff, we always pay on time.

Our starting wage is $3.75 USD per hour, which works out to approximately 31,905 PHP per
month. Pay raise evaluations occur after your first 6 months, and then every 12 months following.

After 3 months of employment, you'll be eligible for benefits such as:
