Statement of the Problem

This research describes the Connection of Singko Wifi versus Regular Load in Customer's
Preferences in their Studies as basis for a regulation

Specifically, this answers to the following:

1. What are the activities do respondents have upon using the internet?

2. What is the respondents preference in regards to the mentioned activities towards the use of:

2.1 singko wifi; and

2.2 regular load?

3. What is the attitude of the respondents on the use of these methods in terns of:

3.1 usability;

3.2 time relevance; and

3.3 cost effectiveness?

4. Is there a significant difference on the two methods to the attitude of the respondents?

5. What are thr challenges met by the respondents in the use of singko wifi and regular load?

6. Based on the findings what regulation can be proposed?

DEFINITION OF TERMS

To make this study understandable to those who might come across it, the researcher defined
some terms to enable them to have a clearer understanding of the study. The following are some of the
words with their corresponding meaning.

Activities - This is the term use for the respondents to know what are the things they do during the use
of internet.

Attitude - This describes about the usability, time relevance and cost effectiveness of a person by using
internet, both the singko wifi and the regular load.

Challenges - It is the problem that occurs during the use of singko wifi and regular load.

Cost Effectiveness - This is a technique intended for the evaluation of the cost and benefit in the
outcomes of both the singko wifi and regular load.
Internet - This is a communication tool which connects around the globe and can access different sites
online with the use of wifi or data. It can possibly answer different questions in your activities or
projects.

Regulation - A regulation is a project that will be propose in order to have a good condition in using
singko wifi and regular load by the customers. The business may have their own rules and regulations
that will make a customer be satisfied in using the two methods.

Regular Load - This is a type of load that customers pay for just to consume a text, call, and data
connection for their cellphones at any time but it has a duration/ expiration.

Time Relevance - It will identify the attitude of the respondents about being done at a given time upon
using the singko wifi and regular load.

Usability - The ability to use the singko wifi or regular load in an extent that it will be either easy or hard.

Scope and Delimitation

This study deals in which the connection of the respondents' preferability on either singko wifi or
regular load in using it to their studies. This will define the activities of the respondents upon using the
internet and also their attitudes upon uaing the two methods as their study preferences. The attitudes
will only base on their usability, time relevance and cost effectiveness of the methods. The challenges
will be the respondents choice of words, their views and opinions in choosing the best and applicable
kind of connection for their day to day lives that will describes their usage of the singko wifi and regular
load.

This study will not further discuss about the personal lives of the respondents and the factors
affecting their views based on their personal status in life. Also this will not cover about how much or
leas they spend in using singko wifi and regular load.

Null Hypothesis

H0: There is no significant difference between singko wifi and regular load and the customer's
preferences

Ha: There is a significant correlation between the singko wifi and regular load and customer's preferences
Significance of the Study

It hoped that the result of this study could provide relevant and helpful information which would
be beneficial in the following:

The Internet User which they can choose the best option as to where and what to use in surfing
through internet and as to have the awareness of their preferences;

The Internet Business Owners which helps them to improve and regulate their business that will
satisfy the customers preferences in using the singko wifi in their studies;

The Barangay Officials which help them to have the idea about what singko wifi in their Barangay
that runs as a good business that will give an impression to the users;

The Researcher which can gain knowledge upon conducting the research by gathering all the
datas, analyze the data and as well as the interpretation of data. Also a good relationship will built upon
doing the research;

The Future Researcher, the result of the study will be an additional knowledge to make related
studies toward the advancement of the field.
