 To encourage you to celebrate the festival/ occasion of your choice, we are continuing with the
policy of 2 Diversity Holidays this year too. These holidays need to be informed to your respective
managers well in advance and need to be applied in the Workday.

 These holidays cannot be carried forward to the next year and are outside the ambit
of encashment. These holidays will get lapsed, if not availed within the year 2020.
