Meal Planning & Preparation
★ Having healthy and yummy food in stock in your dorm/house will make you happy
★ Find easy meals online that sound appetizing to you and the other people you live
with
★ The more comfortable you get in the kitchen the more you will enjoy cooking for
yourself or others
★ You are more likely too much money eating out if you don’t make sure you have
foods and ingredients you enjoy eating and cooking with in stock
Cleaning A House Properly
● Keep most things where they belong at all times
● Do small clean-up sessions 2-3 times a week
○ This prevents big messes from compiling and less stress
● Wash dishes as you use them
● Fold laundry as they come out of the drier and then put them away
● Designate one room to be cleaned every day as to create less stress
● Put groceries and new shopping items away as soon as you get home

The reason these things are important is to keep less stress from occurring in day
to day life and to keep routine. Less stress and routine go hand and hand with
being productive in other aspects of life.
Not leaving wet towels and dirty clothes on the
bathroom floor
● This is unsanitary and just gross to anyone who uses the bathroom
● When leaving dirty clothes in the bathroom, you forget about them as you start
your load of laundry
● Respect other people’s space
