PURVI DEDHIA:

Purvi Dedhia is the co-founder of Synergetic Ventures. She holds a Post-Graduation in

Business Management in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from
the University of Mumbai. Prior to founding the firm, Purvi held senior positions at two
globally renowned firms – JP Morgan, Bank of America and a well-established Indian firm –
Karvy Group. She brings to the firm, over a decade of experience in investment banking,
asset management and fund raising. And has been involved in nearly $1bn transactions, deals
and portfolios. That’s not all, she also has good amount of experience in US and UK, which
plays a significant role when it comes to understanding and investing in these huge
international markets.

HARSHVARDHAN PRADHAN:

Harsh Pradhan is the co-founder of Synergetic Ventures. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in

Hospitality Management from Institute Vatel, Nimes, France and a Masters in Hospitality
Management from E-Cornell University, USA. Prior to founding the firm, he worked as the
Global Business Development Manager at NCORD Healthcare LLC, Pune, where he focused
on maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing accounts and developing
new accounts. He also played a key role, as an interface between the technical team and
clients, as well as senior management and stakeholders. And showed his true mettle as an
effective communicator and adviser by managing important tasks smoothly and by leading
his team from the front. With over 14 years of international experience, he honed his skills
and created a name in different parts of the world. France, USA, UK, Bermuda, Canada etc.,
to name a few. Harsh is was an active member of Board of Directors –Chamber of Commerce
for Narragansett, RI and Advisory Member of the Medicare Hospital Foundation
