Based on the information developed in Assignment 2 and 3, develop a risk
assessment for the activities assignment to your group. It must include the
following parts:

• Step by Step analysis of 8 steps learned in COSHH


• Workplace Hazard Identifications based on Assignment 3
• Substance Hazard Identification based on Assignment 4
• Develop a table with severity and likelihood values for each hazard and
give justification (Appendix A)
• Plot all hazards in a risk matrix (Appendix D)
• Identify hierarchy of controls for each hazard (Appendix B)
• Identify potential risks arising due to application of these controls
• Re-evaluate the risk matrix after applying these controls. Develop a new
risk matrix with updated severity and likelihood values of these hazards
(Appendix C)
