Roles & responsibilities

 Coordinate with site engineer for the execution of all assigned task
 Check the reinforcement of the deck slab, transom, pile cap and pair shaft as per
drawing standard and get approval from quality.
 Supervise concrete pouring process as per given standard.
 Monitor and direct the labor along with the heavy machinery to ensure effective
utilization as per schedule and need.
 Lead the team to ensure safety and compliance during construction phase.
 Prepare daily reports and present to project manager about the progress of the
work
  Take instruction from project manager at start of the day and brief him about the
progress in the end
 Resolve problems arises during working to ensure working as per planning and
direction given by project manager and site engineer.
 Ensure safety precautions on site during and after working hours
 Able to do office work including report making, photocopying and filing.
